Price Fluctuations
Our online prices are subject to seasonal and market prices. For example, the periods towards Valentine's Day and Mother's Day. Any special request on flowers used may also change per person price.
Cancellations
Cancellations made before ordering flowers will receive a refund on all payments, minus non-refundable deposit. Deposit is kept as compensation for time spent on your event up to that point. Your deposit can be transferred to a different date. If you cancel after flowers have been paid for, you will receive a refund minus any costs incurred from picking up your flowers. The flowers are then yours and can be picked up from our private studio.
In the event of a fire, severe weather or other tragedy, Flowers with Friends will refund the total amount paid minus any actual costs incurred up to that point. Flowers are perishable and can get costly; we will work with you on a case by case basis for covering loss. The balance may also be credited towards another day.
Unforeseen Circumstances
A minimum number of 6 attendees is required for private parties. If you do not meet the minimum, you will still be responsible for the price of 6 guests.
